My post on 6/5/13

Week 3, set 1 done in my new shoes! So. Much. Better! I did notice that towards the end, a couple of the toes on the outsides of my feet were tingling and falling asleep, but I saw a post on pinterest where you could tie your shoes differently for certain things. So, I'll try that for my next set! The 3 minute straight run was killer for me, but I didn't quit and ran until the very end. And, I didn't die, so that's a plus. ;)

Aaaand, here's a picture of my new shoes! Saucony Kinvara 3's! I absolutely LOVE them.
