Went for week 4, set 3 this morning. Much better! It was a lot cooler and I didn't feel like I was going to be sick. I ran the whole time I was supposed to. In fact, when my running times were up I could have continued but opted to stick with the schedule to avoid injury and/or death. LOL
Thanks so much for your comments and suggestions on Weds. It's great to be able to discuss my struggles with experienced runners and get great feedback!
