Week 2, #1 is done! Nadia and I went out this morning. It was really great! I stretched my calves after the walk and they still really tightened up. So, I kept stretching them after each run. They don't hurt at all but they get super tight and it's hard to flex my feet. I also tried to hit the ground with more of a flat foot. Any other suggestions?
(Note: Again, the problem was my shoes. I was running in shoes that I bought in 2005. Who knew they didn't last that long?)
